§ 01THE ROLE
Northwind Health is a Series A digital health company scaling clinical operations. We need a fractional COO to run the operating cadence for 2–3 days a week — the rituals, the reporting, and the decisions that let a fast-growing team stay aligned without chaos.
You'll own the operating system: weekly leadership rhythm, cross-functional priorities, and the metrics the team actually trusts. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built the machine before.
